Lidl is selling a bargain kitchen gadget that shoppers say is the best £30 they’ve ever spent

LIDL shoppers are licking their lips over a cut-price kitchen gadget in its stores.

The discount supermarket is selling a 4litre air fryer for just £29.99.

The German-owned chain is selling a Tower 4L Air Fryer for £29.99.

Air fryers have become a popular kitchen gadget.

They can air fry anything from chips to meat and fish and are supposed to be more healthy as you don’t need to use lots of oil.

Plus, the cooking time tends to be quicker than using an oven or frying pan.

Eagle-eyed shoppers have spotted a bargain air fryer in their local Lidl store.

The German-owned chain is selling a Tower 4L Air Fryer for £29.99.

The gadget has a 4kg food capacity which it says is suitable for three to four portions and you can rustle up crispy fried food at temperatures between 80°C to 200°C.

It has a recommended retail price of £109.99, so that is £80 off.

A savvy shopper on the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook group spotted the deal.

It was first launched on Black Friday last year but the items still seem to be on sale and Lidl says they will be available while stocks last.

One shopper on the Facebook group described it as “the best £30 I’ve spent” and another said it does great salt and pepper chicken, while other members described it as their favourite kitchen gadget.

The supermarket doesn’t do online delivery but you can find your local store using the search tool on the Lidl website.

It is still worth shopping around to see if you can find the same product or equivalent elsewhere.

Argos sells a similar sized air-fryer for £56 and Aldi has one for £49.99, which makes the Lidl deal pretty competitive.

An Amazon price glitch last year meant a £48 air fryer was listed for £4.

We also previously spotted a £28 compact air fryer available at Asda – with 1.5l capacity.
